Summary Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of this position is to support and assist ABA Solutions, LLC in maintaining compliance with all federal, state and local regulations related to our field; adhere to organizational policies and other activities designed to ensure the highest quality of care provided to our clients. This will be reflected by fulfilling the below listed description:

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Provide supervision to RBT assigned to client.
  2. Provide training to RBT assigned to client.
  3. Implement treatment plan.
  4. Provide training to client’s family/responsible party
  5. Conduct assessments and reassessments as prescribed in organizational policies
  6. Monitor client progress
  7. Conduct competency audits and fidelity checks of RBTs
  8. Provide input into performance evaluations
  9. Assist in monitoring treatment outcome data
  10. Communicate regularly with RBT and family/responsible party
  11. Complete treatment charting thoroughly, professionally and timely
  12. Report any concerns regarding the client, client’s family/responsible party or RBT in accordance with organizational policy and procedure
  13. Complete necessary training for relicensing period as required by board certification requirements
  14. Manage own schedule and caseload with consultation of RBT
  15. Regularly communicate updates with President of organization
  16. Consistently represent the organization in a positive light and maintain professional standards
  17. Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in psychology, social work, education or related field
  2. Possess and maintain BACB credentialing
  3. Possess and maintain a current and active license in Maryland
  4. Demonstrate ongoing clinical professional development
  5. Current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
  6. Current CPR certification required and First Aid certification suggested
  7. Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  8. Must be able to work variable hours/days of week due to nature of scheduling client services and supervisory sessions

Physical Requirements:

  1. Must be able to sit, bend, twist, stand for periods of time, sit for periods of time and move about quickly to meet needs of the client.
  2. Must be in generally good health
  3. Must be able to lift up or handle up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis should a behavior intervention be needed
  4. Must be able to relate to and work with clients who may exhibit emotional upsets and inappropriate behaviors
  5. May possibly be exposed to various forms of infectious diseases due to health history of client

Working Conditions:

  1. May be subject to frequent interruptions
  2. May be contacted by phone at intervals for consultation from RBT regarding a client need
  3. May be subject to emotional or physical outbursts from clients
  4. Will be interacting with client family members or persons in clinical session setting
  5. Will be interacting and communicating with other service providers related to transition and/or discharge planning for client
  6. Will be traveling in your own vehicle to the client session location up to 45 minutes one way
  7. Will be working at variable hours over the course of each week to meet the scheduling needs of the client(s)
